I have a 2002 Ford Ranger that’s been Cummins swapped with a 4BT Cummins. Manual 4x4 and a 5 speed transmission. I have over $20k invested into it. Swap has about 12k miles on it. Pretty much everything on the truck has been rebuilt or replaced except injectors. Literally everything under the hood is new. Swap was done right. No expense spared. Rear end has been gone thru. New wheel bearings and axle shafts. Has a 8.8 inch 31 spline rear end to hold up to the Cummins. Super rare rear end. New turbo, alternator, battery, power steering pump, vacuum pump, transmission and transfer case have been rebuilt and gone thru. Pm for entire parts list. All the gauges work. No check engine light. Cruise control works. Needs an injector. Not running at the moment. No metal in the oil or anything crazy like that. Truck is pretty clean. One small spot of rust in the passenger rocker. Paint is not perfect. Clean KY title ready to go. Truck is an XLT so power windows and locks. Key fob works. Has the newer style ranger seats. Will get around 25-35 MPG depending on how you drive. New Bluetooth radio and 4 new speakers. Lifted on 33x12.50x15 tires with 80-90% tread. Cab has been soundproofed. Too much stuff to list here. New Bluetooth radio and 4 new speakers.
