I have a 2002 Chevy avalanche 5.3 4x4. Engine runs great with no check engine light. Has had the oil pan gasket and oil pump oring replaced as well as valve cover gaskets. Tires need replacing very soon. Has a lot of body rust as you can see in pictures. But frame is solid. Truck rides and drives very good. Has a rebuilt title. It was like that when I bought it so I couldn't tell you why it is rebuilt. Holds great oil pressure, does not tick or knock like a normal Chevy does. Definitely one of the best sounding 5.3 engines around. Milage is unknown. The gauge cluster shows 245000 but it was put in to replace one with faulty stepper motors. So milage I have no clue about.
