o Motor Reseal – Drained coolant & oil; pulled cooling package, front bumper & removed fan hub/accessories; pulled valve covers, rockers and push tubes; pulled up all cam followers, removed balancer, front 10plate and gears; removed oil pump and cam;
o pulled oil pan, supported engine, pulled front mounts & gear housing; cleaned and inspected housing (no issues); cleaned block; resealed and installed housing; installed cam; timed gears and reassembled front of engine; installed coolant package; ran overhead, filled with oil; replaced water pump; filled radiator with coolant; test drove and checked over – no issues.
o Full Lubrication & Quality Inspection – Lights, brakes, U-joints, wheel seals; check transmission & differential fluid levels; check steering axle hubs & added oil as needed; greased truck; lubed steering axle slacks, s-cams and u-joints.
