Has normal wear for truck of this age, a little more work and you will have a great truck. Does have rebuilt title. I am not sure when or why it received it. Nor did it bother me when I bought it. Heat, ac, 4wd all work. Can be daily driven. I don't have time to finish it the way I wanted to so thought I would let someone else enjoy it. Pretty firm on price. No trades
