I need to downsize my flock of Soay sheep. They are very primitive breed - not pet type personalities. This breed is the closest to how they were in the stone ages of any livestock. They are easy keepers and great mothers. Very resistant to parasites and issues that selective breeding of our domestic breeds has created. They browse as well as graze and excellent choice for rotational grazing.

All ewes are 2.5 years to as old as 14 (won't sell the older girls - reference of hardiness) Price will be cheaper for older girls. I can breed to my ram with down-payment and delayed pick up. Non refundable if you fail to purchase the ewe as that will not help my mission of downsizing. They rut in fall when it cools and days get a bit shorter so pick up of bred ewes would need to be Sept-Oct (depending on temps etc)
