There is fiber optic internet available through Twin Lakes Telephone which is NOT included in the rent. Each site has adaquate spacing for you to enjoy. You may have a porch/deck and fence in your area. Each tenant is responsible for the upkeep of their area. There is a push mower and battery operated weed eater for tenants to use. We do allow pre approved pets with a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet. This is on a farm, so there will be goats, chickens, rabbits and pigs on the property. We are located approximately 1/2 way between Nashville and Knoxville TN. There are many state parks nearby and approximately 4 miles from Center Hill Lake.
