We are retiring from camping at age 81. This unit is just like new. Used very little. It sleeps 4 which makes it perfect for a couple, or small family.
Only about sixteen hundred miles on it. It's 21' 2" long and only weighs 3084 pounds empty and 350 lbs. Tongue weight. Can be towed with SUV. We tow with 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with no problem. It doesn't require a heavy receiver hitch, or equilizer bars or sway bar. It has a gas water heater, a large kitchen sink, a lot of counter space plus flip up cutting board. A brand new queen size memory foam mattress.
Several options like thermostat controlled a/c and furnace, like your home, so fan doesn't blow all the time, like most smaller campers. Diamond plate on front of rv, extra large 12 volt fridge/freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave with vent hood, new 27 inch smart tv, with antenna booster. 2 roof vents with variable speed fans, outside shower, outside fridge, and 16 foot power awning , black tank flush system, spare tire.
