The bunk room has all the mechanicals for running your own hookups for washer/ dryer and sleeps 4, 3 bunks and a dinette that breaks down.
Master features queen bed with room to spare for a king mattress.
Desk area, lots of storage and slide out.
Main living area has super slide. No couch.
There are signs of 3 wall leaks, currently remedied all and resealed around all vents on roof and walls. Very minor prior roof leak showing. Slide outs remain dry however all seals throughout unit will need replaced.
Currently have started the replacement of the interior areas which got effected.
Minor window bunk room, microwave vent, slider door area.
Aside from mentioned overall shows only minor wear and overall shows nice.
