It has 9 foot ceilings making it feel more spacious than it's 360 sq. feet. It has an apartment sized refrigerator, and though it has no stove , it has all the components of a stove-2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave. All kitchen essentials are supplied as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom has ample storage and a nice sized shower. Bed linens and towels are supplied as well. A new, comfortable queen size bed and small closet are in the sleeping space. There is high speed internet. A flat screen t.v. is in the living area. Even though this house has central air and heating, I've added a window a.c. unit for those who prefer a chilly temperature. Right outside the private entrance is a 2 car carport and one of those spaces are for you. The apartment is attractively furnished, comfortable, and is sure to please the most discriminating traveler.
