family in need of 3 BR rental nothing over 1400.00. The house that was planned to rent isn't available for rental so now we have till June 28th to be out due to lease being up and not wanting to sign a new lease. Seems that everyone is moving or looking for a rental which makes it even harder and the scammers wasting my time. We have references as well as paystubs etc. I will not pay to look at a place, so scammers please don't ask or waste my time on trying to get money from me. the area can be Cookeville, Sparta, Baxter, Silver Point, Rickman.
