I need the emergency spillway on my farm pond rebuilt ASAP before the rains start back. Need it to be constructed using either concrete blocks filled with concrete or formed concrete. It will require the use of small excavator to dig out a trench. I suppose it could be dug out by hand. Need someone experienced in construction.

The photo shows what currently exist. It was washed out about a year and a half ago.
