We have a 5 month old rooster Big Ned that is a mix between a barred rock (mother) and what we believe is a white leghorn (father). He’s super friendly, skittish as most roosters are but he isn’t aggressive. Beautiful guy. He’s starting to take on his rooster “duties” with the ladies so he’d be great for breeding and hatching chicks. We hatched him in December but we can’t take on any more roosters.
