2023 hatch Marbled Teal ducks (marmaronetta) are now parents, looking for new ponds and aviaries. These teal ducks are not clipped or pinioned, and they absolutely fly. They require closed aviary with room to fly, swim, and nest next season. They prefer cat houses and have never used the wood duck nests. Besides the housing requirements- they are calm, prolific birds and easy keepers. We have some ducklings available but they are very fragile at this point so I’m hesitant to sell them to anyone without experience in wet brooding.
