I have a large flock with multiple breeds available. We are a small multi generational family farm and homestead. We raise our animals holistically, completely naturally, and with herbal medicine. No chemicals or GMO's.
I make our own whole grain chicken feed that we also ferment for them. Our chickens free range in a very large fenced run.
We select our breeds first for superior egg laying and also chose breeds that are dual purpose. Temperament is a huge part of our selection for breeding and we select against human aggression with zero tolerance. Human aggression is a genetic trait passed to off spring. I also select for disease and parasite resistance and stress resilience.

Willing to trade for pullets in laying or dual purpose breeds and looking for some several editions of the APA's Standard of Perfection book on breed standards, and the book Herbal Veterinary Medicine by Susan g. Wynn and Barbara J. Fougere and the book The Animal Desk Reference by Melissa Shelton, DVM (2ND edition)
Farming/Livestock/Gardening/Tools/Building Supplies/Homesteading/Prepping Supplies will also be seriously considered. If you have something not listed here, just ask. You never know unless you do 😉
