📢 TRYING TO FIND OWNER(S)-OR FOSTER*****

Male dog- we live in the country area and he found us while we were doing some yardwork. No collar but looks like there's an imprint where one used to be. (The orange collar he is wearing in the picture is ours). He's very skinny and very scared, but very sweet. May have been lost for some time(?). He's been fed and given a safe, comfortable place to sleep, for now. I can't keep him since I have dogs. Please let me know if anyone knows who he belongs to or can foster/keep him. There will be a $25 rehoming fee. Thank you, in advance!

UPDATE: Warren Co. Animal Control is full and can't take him. It's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything from his owner. Someone please help this boy!
