My mother ordered this chair from medmart. She thought she would be able to fit in it and she could not. When asked for a refund they said it would cost about $2,400 to take back. We spent $4,800 after taxes and warranties. None of those things are refundable. We thought it'd be better to try to sell it than it would be to send it back and lose 2400. She sat in it once. It's been parked since it was purchased. At the asking price I'm losing about $1600.
