Heavy Duty Harmony HI LO Bed. This bed remotes from 15" bed base to 24"; you can raise the back up and down; you can raise the feet up and down. It also has a vibrating wave. It comes with adjustable side rails that can also be removed. It also has a hospital bed mattress if you would like it. The mattress always had a thick cushion over it for protection. There is even a floor led light to find your bed in the dark. The only down side is this bed is solid metal and excruciatingly heavy. May need to be taken apart some to remove it. The remote keeps separating. I had to tape it. Sorry.
