Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Crossville, TN
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (closed Sundays)
Pay: Starting at $15/hr

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
Supervise, train, and motivate staff and volunteers
Provide outstanding customer service and manage customer inquiries
Assist with inventory management, pricing, and product displays
Uphold store policies and contribute to sales goals
Requirements:

Previous retail experience required
Management or supervisory experience required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
