Job Summary:
The Employment Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with the organization’s hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Analysis and Posting:

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
-Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company’s website.

Sourcing Candidates:

-Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online searches, networking, and recruitment events, to identify potential candidates.
-Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Screening and Interviewing:

-Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
-Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
-Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is desirable
