I am seeking a strong and energetic helper for both outdoor (yard work, brush cleanup, planting, digging, splitting wood, etc.) and indoor work (minor carpentry, assistance with various home improvement projects).

This an unskilled part-time job at unskilled hourly rates but could work out to be very regular employment/full time for someone who works out. I do not need a tradesman carpenter/plumber/etc. Any such experience you have is great, but NOT necessary - I have taught many. Students are great too - You could work all summer and beyond.

*** NOTE *** I am NOT looking for a house cleaner or lawn maintenance/mowing.

You NEED to Be/Have the Following:

- RELIABLE AND RESPECTFUL - Show up when you say you will or notify me if something comes up (I'm flexible with workdays but won't be kept waiting if you fail to show up and not communicate)

- ACCESS TO RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION - Be willing to drive to work in Jamestown, TN area (38556 zip).

- RELIABLE COMMUNICATIONS - A phone on which we can communicate if work day/time needs to change for you.

- HARD DRUG FREE - Your past is your past but please be at least 1 year off drugs if you have a history.

This job has the potential to be both full time and/or long term part time. I've had people work for me in the past for numerous years, so if you want regular work, this is a great opportunity.
