Mobile Home Liquidators is seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales representative to join our award-winning team. We specialize in providing affordable manufactured homes to customers across the region, and we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about sales and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a pipeline of potential customers
Conduct sales presentations and tours of our manufactured homes
Work with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Assist with financing options and paperwork as needed
Follow up with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and processes
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the housing or real estate industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with financing is a plus
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working on a commission basis
Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position, but the employee will earn a draw each week in case they do not make any sales. There is no cap on how much you can earn. The position requires working Monday - Saturday with one day off during the week and one Saturday off a month.
