Express Employment Professionals is hiring PT Mortgage Collectors for a Cleveland, TN company. Will be responsible for an established customer base:
- Making outbound calls to assist with payment arrangements / plans
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining accurate customer records in company specific database.

Work schedule is 25-29 hours weekly, between the hours of 8am-5pm, with one late night per week from 5pm-9pm.

Pays $14.00/hr, with commission available (up to an extra $500 per month!)

Qualified candidates will have previous customer service and/or collections experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a HS diploma or GED.
