Position: Production Line Operator

Location: Crossville, TN

Shift: Rotating Shift 4 days on 4 days off (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Starting Pay: $14.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform quality checks and report any issues promptly.
Assist with loading and unloading materials.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
