Position Overview: Production Technician (AB Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Testing:

Conduct rigorous tests to ensure glaze meets high-quality and durability standards.
Record and report test results accurately.
Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on glazing equipment to ensure seamless and efficient operation.
Promptly address and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
Glaze Formulation:

Develop and prepare glaze formulations in adherence to color, texture, and finish specifications.
Collaborate with team members to achieve desired glazing outcomes.
Expected Results:

Consistently meet and exceed quality and durability standards for all glaze formulations.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
Capable of standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Equipment Used:

Kiln
Apply glaze using brushing, spraying, and dipping methods.
