We are currently seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to oversee our water taps and water mains projects.

Position Overview:
The Pipe Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water taps, water mains, and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water pipe construction and a strong leadership background.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew in the installation of water mains, service lines, and water taps.
Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal water standards.
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and trenchers for pipe installation.
Monitor crew safety and enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and efficient work processes.
Troubleshoot issues related to water system installations, such as leaks, breaks, and pressure concerns.
Maintain daily reports of work progress, materials used, and crew productivity.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe fitting, water mains, and water taps installation.
3 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
Extensive knowledge of water distribution systems, including local and federal codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in operating heavy machinery used in pipe installation.
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and on-site environments.
