We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, provide customer service, and ensure that our pharmacy operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and label prescription medications
Assist pharmacists with prescription verifications and patient counseling
Manage and organize inventory, including ordering and stocking medications
Process and bill insurance claims, including resolving discrepancies
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address inquiries
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (preferred)
Proven experience as a pharmacy technician or in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with pharmacy software and electronic health records
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
