We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our Manufactured home retail business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running service on homes we have sold and helping with the initial setup of the home. We are looking for someone who can take on a variety of tasks and work independently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

> Running service on homes we have sold
> Helping with the initial setup of the home
> Performing general maintenance and repairs
> Installing vinyl siding, drywall, and performing other construction-related tasks
> Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues
> Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:

> Valid Tennessee driver's license
> Experience in plumbing, installing vinyl siding, drywall, and construction is preferred but not required
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team
> Strong problem-solving and communication skills
> Attention to detail and ability to multitask
> A strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction

Pay:
The pay range for this position will differ depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
