Position: Molding Technician

Location: Sparta, TN

Salary: $15.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Molding Technician, you''ll have the opportunity to contribute to our success and be an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sand molds for metal casting production, ensuring accuracy and precision.
Operate molding equipment, such as sand mixers and molding machines.
Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to create molds that meet design specifications.
Inspect and maintain molds to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and achieve production goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in molding or casting is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical ability to handle heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
