Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in industrial maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs.
Maintain high voltage systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively.
Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Fabricate parts as needed to support ongoing maintenance tasks.
Train, mentor, and lead the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime during maintenance activities.
Requirements

Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols associated with them.
Experience in reading schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Knowledge of CMMS software for effective maintenance management is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
