Key Responsibilities:

*Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements for machined parts.

*Develop CNC programs using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360.

*Select the appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates for each machining operation.

*Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

*Maintain documentation of CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining parameters.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Proficiency in CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code.

*Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming and simulation.

*Strong understanding of machining processes, including milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.

*Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles

*Prior experience in CNC machining and programming is preferred.
