Iwant all 9 acres cleared, period, that means every log that can go to the mill needs to go. More logs that go, the more money there is to split. If you aren't willing to do what the property owne wants done, then don't answer the add. I have 9 acres of hardwood I want logged. I need it done ASAP. I have White oak, red oak, poplar, some maple. Only serious inquiries please. I have looked for over 5 years for someone to actually show up in a timely manner and not flake on this. If you are months out on work, do not bother me. You can contact me when you are a week or two out from being able to get to me. I've had people tell they were coming and never show. People who show up for a day or 2 and never came back. People who tell me they will start but it took them almost a full year to even come back and then only be there a day before dissappearing. I want someone who will make my property a priority. Compensation/ pay is 50% of what ever the timber brings at the mill. The stuff that can't go to the mill can be sold as firewood. Ideally what I want is someone who can log the entire property.
