UKGroup (UKG) is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Online Chat Representatives or Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide high-quality service to our customers through online chat support, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via online chat.
Provide assistance with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
Address customer complaints or escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and friendly support.
Collaborate with team members and follow company guidelines for exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

No prior experience is required, but customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
Must be able to speak and write fluent English.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
