Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients' environments while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and implement effective solutions.
Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns within facilities.
Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Assist in the design and implementation of new HVAC systems or upgrades as required.
Drive company vehicles to job sites as necessary.
Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Skills in welding and equipment repair are highly desirable.
Experience in property maintenance or mechanical work will be beneficial.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
