Job description
**Responsibilities: **

- Install HVAC systems following specifications and company standards

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems

- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems

- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools

- Provide excellent customer service while on-site

- Keep accurate records of all work performed

**Skills:**

- Ability to maintain and repair HVAC systems

- Strong mechanical knowledge

- Experience as a mechanic or service technician

- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems

- Proficiency in property maintenance and equipment repair

- Familiarity with refrigeration systems

- Ability to build and troubleshoot electrical circuits using an ohmmeter
