We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service, ensuring that all vehicles are safe and reliable for our clients.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including brake repair and vehicle maintenance.
Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Repair hydraulic systems and perform equipment repairs as needed.
Assemble and disassemble components of tractor-trailer systems for inspection and repair.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders.
Experience

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
Strong knowledge of brake repair, hydraulics, automotive diagnostics, and general vehicle maintenance practices.
Ability to solder electrical components as necessary for repairs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
