Small Business looking to hire a skilled and knowledgeable professional.

Responsibilities:
Carpentry, concrete, electrical, drywall, deck construction, framing, flooring, landscaping, painting, plumbing, masonry, roofing, tile, trim, and windows.

Assist with general labor tasks as asked and needed.

Complete all assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project success.

No construction skills are required for hire, but listening and following directions is mandatory.

ISO a wide skill set individual with 10 years of verified experience in as many things listed above as possible and capable of leading a crew with limited supervision. Trustworthy and reliable-mandatory.

2-3 years of experience in general contracting- preferred (not required)

General knowledge of construction practices and techniques.

Ability to read a tape measure, effectively and efficiently use power and hand tools

Physically capable of bending, stooping, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Cleanliness and clean up is mandatory and expected of everyone.

No one is above anyone on this crew and no one will be asked to do a task I myself wouldn’t do. We are ONE TEAM and we do things ONE way. THE RIGHT WAY. We do not botch, cut corners, shortcut, cover up, hide, patch, or disregard a problem or issue!

Reliable transportation to and from sites.

Trustworthy, Reliable, Honest, High Integrity and not a thief!!

Pay is based on experience. You MUST attach your resume.

Please provide references of previous employers and experience. Some out of town travel may be required but overnight stays are highly unlikely. We cover mostly the Upper Cumberland area, unless an opportunity presents itself outside our area.

Personal tools are not required other than your own tool-belt, square, hammer, string line, tape measure and utility knife. All tools require for the task at hand will be provided and at your disposal. You may bring your own tools, at your own risk. I am not responsible for the care, maintenance, repair and/replacement of your tools. Any damage caused by abuse, neglect or misuse of my tools, equipment, or property will also be at your expense. Normal wear and tear and damage I will be responsible for.
