Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to the project schedule.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
Quality Control:

Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications and building codes.
Conduct regular inspections of work to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
Scheduling and Coordination:

Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to project milestones.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
