We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our team in Sparta, TN.

The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, possess mechanical knowledge, and excel in providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Diagnose and repair various household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens

- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues

- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on appliances

- Drive a delivery box truck to transport appliances to and from service locations

- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering questions

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair

- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for delivery driver responsibilities
