I would like someone with experience in ponds to finish my pond less water feature. I have started it and need placement of rocks and finish the job I started. I have all the pond liner material, pump, etc. I have a portable backhoe, a JD tractor to move rocks - but could use a skid steer but not totally necessary.

I have electric and waterline dug - and am ready to finish this ASAP.
