Self winding with date window - certified Swiss chronometer and I have tested this against an atomic standard - it meets the specification. It is circa 1972 and I bought this in 1990 or so from a Danish watchmaker who provided a certificate of authenticity and statement of condition. The back is 18K gold and, sadly, I have had offers from jewelers to buy it just for the gold - what a waste. Brown leather band is in good shape but does have some wear. I am downsizing and no longer have a need for a fancy dress watch. Leave a number and best time for me to call - no texts.
