Fancy is a 2007 registered standardbred mare but unfortunately I do not have the physical papers. With her freeze brand you should be able to easily get them through the US trotting association. I have owned this mare for 11 years, and she used to be a fantastic trail horse. Rescued her with some injuries 11 years ago, and unfortunately I believe the arthritis is catching up to her. She has been a pasture pet for the past two years, but with some work she might be fine with some light riding or even driving. According to her previous owners, she was a wonderful mom and foaled two babies who are racing in Canada currently. Buy her, work with her, have a nice light trail riding horse, breed her and get some nice babies. She does have a history of ulcers under extreme stress, which is why she is a little underweight currently. I can discuss her quirks to anyone who is interested.
