SOLD Meet Cane!
To start off, Cane is an absolute sweetheart and kind soul. He is very loving and easy going. He is a perfect confidence booster for a beginner or someone looking to take it easy and safe. He stands about 15.2 (I will measure and confirm tomorrow) and he’s in his late teens/early 20’s. Don’t let his age scare you away, this guy is solid. He eats wonderfully, gets around great and still has many miles to go in his life! I noticed he does have a knot above his hoof from some kind of old injury, it doesn’t bother him at all, but just wanted to point that out. He will not win you any speed events, he is more whoaaaa than go but he will walk/trot and lope easily if asked. We took him on a 3-4 hour trail ride and he didn’t take one wrong step all day! He crossed logs, trees, water with ease. He’s not something you have to beg and plead to move off, he will move if asked. He is the type that’s been there, done that, tried and true. If you’re looking for a beginner friendly horse or something you can tell the kids to go out and groom, mess with and enjoy and not worry about their safety, here it is!
We have enjoyed him being here but it’s time for him to find his forever home now 🩵
