Fully insulated and full electric with a 50 amp rv hookup so can run on generator or temp pole as well as be wired to your main house. Here is list of materials used, i can arrange delivery near Tennessee for an additional fee,
4 rolls of R19 insulation 103$ each
4 slabs of attic insulation, 30$ a peice
75% of flooring was 5 box’s at 33$ a box
6 wall panels installed witch were 42$ a peice
Electric wires outlets ect were around 200$ all together
Fridge was 300$
Ac unit is 7500 Btu and runs for 450$ new
3 ceiling panels witch were 25$ a peace
Tv was 75$ and tv mount was 15$
Bed was 100$
Labor was cheap as I did it myself,it’s not perfect and not the best top of line but if u want that feel free to go pay the 20-100k those guys want 🔨😁.
So to summarize that’s over 2000$ in material and labor on a 4k shed. 5000 OBO or would trade for camper/rv , lmk asap!
