Currently looking for something to rent before October. Prefer to stay in middle Tn, but willing to move out further if need be. We’ve got three dogs, all well behaved and trained, stay groomed to avoid dog hair piling up and nails trimmed. Three horses moving with us, so prefer to find something with a little bit of land. Our current landlord is selling our house to his son, and so we’ve been given a decent time frame of when we need to be out. Have landlord references, personal references, and professional.
