We have a fixer upper house with approximately 2 acres in the city of Jamestown we would like to sell.

It definitely needs alot of work, we rented it out and got it back in bad shape. However, it is still

fixable and the land makes you feel like you are in a country setting but actually right in the middle of citylimits of Jamestown.

It has a huge sandrock that is big enough to drive on. The drive goes all the way around the rock, circle drive. I have always wanted to put a car port over that rock . It has a very private building spot on the land that has a creek running along near the property lines. The little house could then always be used as a storage building if one wanted to build or put a trailer there and live in it besides the little house that is there.

City sewage is available however the house is not on it. Gas is run to the house but would have to use window ac. City water is there along with the new fiber for internet services.

There is a small shed in the back not sure the shape of it, hopefully still ok.

has potential. We had the wiring redone before we started renting it out . It does have breaker box instead of the fuse box that were used back in the day. Blown in insulation is up in the attic. The very back of the house was totally redone and that part is good except for the cosmetics, it would have to have new comode, flooring but not the subflooring, that part is the newer part. It has a partial walk in space underneath to see the flooring. Also, the plumbing was redone at that time when my husband fixed the new floor. The deck is in bad shape, would need a new deck.

It is a little house that just needs some help but very capable of being a home with some attention and work. I grew up in the house and we had flowers everywhere and a bridge across the creek and we were very proud of it so sometimes when we leave places, they get run down, sadly.
