SOLD We need are in need of the 1600.00 meter fee for water and line charge. Family of 11 with 9 children. We live in the woods and are currently using IBC tank with no running water running to the property. We are on a fixed income so we don’t have a lot to spend to prepare for winter or pay the water company what they want to run our water. We have been looking for a wood stove and found an older one ( smoking us out). we can’t even afford to get the water run up here. We bought this property last year and this will be our first winter in our tiny house so it is not prepared for winter at IBC tank freezing. Last few winters we were in Florida so it didn’t get under 50 much and we had a well down there. While we are glad to be back home in TN we just could not get ready for winter fast enough.
