This is a 5 piece patio set with 4 chairs and a loveseat. It has a metal frame and the "slats" are plastic bars (not the ribbon kind). This is a DIY set for me and it was an ugly, faded yellowish color with a brown frame. One "slat" has a couple chips broke off of it, otherwise the whole set is in good condition and would add some fun color to your patio or yard. One-of-a-kind set- cash only. Thanks
