If you're a proud American and want something to display in your home or office that shows your love for the land of the free and the home of the brave, this wood and epoxy American flag with the Preamble to the United States Constitution will certainly fill the bill. We start with a clear pine board cut to size and then carve the union and stripes on our CNC router. We then laser cut the Preamble using one of our CNC lasers and then clear coat the entire flag with multiple coats of clear gloss Krylon. We then pour a brilliant blue epoxy resin into the union and a bright red epoxy resin in the seven carved stripes. Fifty stars are then attached in the union and a clear epoxy resin is then poured over them to give it a smooth finish to the touch. The entire flag is then put into one of our custom wood frames made from clear pine with a dark walnut stain applied. Multiple coats of clear gloss Krylon is the sprayed on to the frame and sanded between each coat. This gives the frame a smooth glossy finish. Two sawtooth hangers are attached to the back that allows it to be displayed on any wall. Two plastic anchors and screws are also supplied. This flag can also be displayed on any level surface, if you so choose. This flag measures 17 inches long x 10 3/4 inches tall x 2 inches deep.
