FUNDRAISER FOR VICTIMS OF FLOODING IN EAST TN AT OUR NOV 16TH EQUIPMENT AUCTION!

For this fundraiser, we will auction off donated items in a row during our equipment auction. All sellers are allowed to bring items that they would like to donate in full. Farm equipment, construction equipment, tools, or anything you would like. All proceeds from the items will go to the flood victims (the full amount the item sells for and the buyer’s premium will be donated. If you bid online, the 2% internet fee will still go to Proxibid or EquipmentFacts. We will discuss with them and see if they are willing to donate). We ask anyone that would like to donate any items to be auctioned off to bring them to our auction lot as you would your other consignments, and please let our employees know which items are for the fundraiser. We have been in contact with a church and locals in the East TN area. They are so thankful for the floods of donations of water, food, etc. Now they are seeing these residents will need funds to rebuild homes, land repair, and any everyday means to live by. Our goal is to raise these funds to be given directly to families who need to rebuild. Buyers, we can use your help to. Bid it up on these items! Thank you to everyone!

WE SELL AT AUCTION: ANY AND ALL TYPES OF FARM AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT! Your consignments wanted! There is never anything to big or too small, too old or too new. We are glad to sell your hidden treasures or your fleet of construction equipment. We make it our top priority to bring sellers and buyers together!

Accepting Equipment Monday 8am-6pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-Noon. If these times do not work with your schedule, let us know! We can work with you and find a time that suits you. The absolute deadline is the Friday before at Noon.

Equipment Terms: The seller has the right to add or delete items. 10% Buyer’s Premium capped at $1,000 per item. Cash, Check, Wire Transfer. RLM Land and Auction has the right to hold equipment purchased until funds clear if Bank Letter of Credit is not provided with checks. Applicable sales tax will be applied unless farm tax exempt card or resale card is provided. All items sell AS-IS/Where-IS. Seller’s commission is 10% up to $2,500 then 2% on amount over $2,500.
