SOLD I have a very nice, although broke in, couch and chair w/ottoman I need to get rid of asap!! please please please want/need this living room set! my mom is sick and I'm moving her in with me! I have no room for this and she doesn't need it anymore!! yes it's definitely broke in, it is still very comfortable, everything is still in tact(springs/boards/whatever else is in furniture)! it has worn spots and a paint stain, which I am working on getting out! it is coming out, just very slowly and I don't have the time to sit for a long period of time to get it!! (the pictures of the paint on the couch, i had just started cleaning it, therefore it has water on the area. the black spots are the stain, not the dark all around!) the chair has some definite wear and tear on the arms! this set would be PERFECT for a man cave!!!!! please, somebody need this. financially, at the moment, we can't afford to just throw it out or give it away, or I would!!! but come on, $350 is a steal!!!!
